Chakra Flow: Heart

The chakras are the centres of spiritual power in the human body and responsible for ciculating your energy through your whole body. There are seven main chakras that run along your spine. They start at the root, or base, of your spine and extend to the crown of your head. The root, sacral, solarplexos, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakra. Each chakra is connected to different emotions, abilitiies. 

You don't need to bring your props. You'll find everything you need for your practice in the studio.
