Realesing emotions is challenging for most of us. All our emotions, the pain, is stored in our hips. In this class we wan't to open our hips, releasing the bad energy, maybe cry, maybe just listen, with the goal to see, where we are stuck. 

You don't need to bring your props. You'll find everything you need for your practice in the studio.
